Product Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping and Handling:

Your business is very important to us. Due to the importance of safety and reliability in shipping, we have found UPS Ground to be best suited for our customers needs. We have also found UPS to be comparably cost-effective with regular US Postal rates. Our shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order. These charges have been established to help minimize processing costs while keeping the price of each item as low as possible.

Members receive a minimum 15% discount off the total price of your order, across the board! Even greater discounts will be offered in our specials and newsletters.

All orders are subject to verification. UPS will not ship to post office boxes. A verifiable residential or business address will be required in order to receive your product(s).

Currently, all products (shipped via UPS Ground) take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for regular nationwide delivery. Upon the shipment of your order, we will provide you with a Package Tracking number, for your convenience. Customers living in U.S. territories should receive their orders within 7 to 10 business days, depending upon UPS delivery schedules.

The following is our shipping rate chart, based on merchandise subtotals purchased:

$ 0.00 - 25.00: $6.50

$25.01 - 35.00: $7.95

$35.01 - 45.00: $8.95

$45.01 - 55.00: $10.50

$55.01 - 75.00: $11.95

$75.01 - 95.00: $12.95

$95.01 - 150.00: $16.95

$150.01 and over: 19.95

*Note: Certain heavier or over-sized items might incur extra weight/size charges, which will be calculated in your shopping cart profile just prior to ordering.

California Residents: Add 8% sales tax to your order. (Our shopping cart will calculate everything exactly to the penny for you.)

Shipping Back ordered Items: If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be divided up proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that regardless of the number of packages sent out, the total shipping and handling charge will not be increased.

Shipping Charges: The specified amount for your UPS Ground shipping will be added to your merchandise subtotal. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method from UPS Ground to another, faster service, please let us know in advance by e-mail at: Info@SpiritCards.com

Returns and Exchanges: We do our utmost to bring you worthwhile products at good prices, and we want you to be happy with our service. Returns and exchanges require proof-of-purchase, using the original receipt included with your shipment. Returned items must be returned in brand new condition (in the condition received) may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for cost of returning merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value a shipping charge will still apply.

U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands: Customers living in a U.S. territory should allow up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS for RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES.
